Terms and Conditions

The Terms and Conditions are given hereunder and, on our website, any other printed material, and the brochures form the basis of our agreement and understanding with you. You must read the brochure and understand and accept all the terms and conditions before registering yourself/family/friends to any of our tours.

1. Rs. 5000/- per head is to be paid as advance for the sleeper class reservation for booking of the tour.
2. Rs. 7000/- per head is to be paid as advance for the A.C class reservation for booking of the tour.
3. Passengers have to pay extra service charge for A.C class train ticket or Tatkal Ticket or any extra amount of the ticket which is excess to the sleeper class reservation fare.
4. Balance amount is to be paid before 25 days of the journey. Otherwise, the journey will be treated as cancelled.
5. Entry fee, guide charge & passenger’s tax (if any) for visiting spots will have to be borne by the passenger.
6. Usually, the accommodation is provided on twin sharing (2 Adults + 1 Child) basis.
7. The package includes UP & DOWN sleeper class train fare, other transportation charges, accommodation in hotel and food (bed tea to dinner).
8. Triple sharing for 3 adults in a room means one double bed with extra cot of floor mattress which will be provided by the hotel authority.
9. During UP & DOWN train journey no food will be provided by the company.
10. Tour schedule may be changed/altered/varied/extended due to some unavoidable circumstances like natural calamity, breakdown of bus/car, bandh, strike, political agitation on road etc.
11. If the tour is cancelled for any of the above-mentioned reasons by the company, the passengers have to pay 25% of the tour cost.
12. If the tour is extended for any unavoidable circumstances, the extra cost (if any) will have to be borne by the passenger.
13. Management will not be liable to any loss/damage of life/belongings whatsoever of the tourist by any accident/theft/robbery or any other unwanted incidents during the tour.
14. If there is any hike on Train fare/Air fare/Fuel price which affects the tour cost, the excess amount will have to be borne by the passenger.
15. Payment will be accepted by cash or account payee cheque for Kolkata clearing. Outstation passengers will pay through online banking system/draft in favor of CRYSTAL TOURISM.
16. Passengers should carry their own original identity cards (passport/voter id card/PAN card/Driving license/student identity card etc.).
17. For train journeys and reservations, we entirely depend on the Railway Authority of India. It is not possible to allot any particular seat (Lower/Middle/Upper/Side Lower/ Side Upper).
