Recently I travelled to Kashmir along with Amritsar and vaishno Devi with this tour company, and it was truly a wonderful experience. From start to finish, everything was well planned. The tour was thoughtfully designed, covering all the must-see spots while still allowing time to enjoy the local culture and atmosphere. We didn’t face a single issue throughout the trip—transportation was smooth, accommodations were comfortable, and the food served are fresh and delicious . They take care and full fill my aged mom’s requirement which made the entire journey stress-free and enjoyable. It was a great experience for me personally to visit J&K with Crystal Tourism. The man behind Crystal Tourism is Rashbehari. The whole tour starting from Vaishno Devi to Pahalgam was properly planned and executed at the same time by him. We never had to think of anything whether its food or sightseeing. We also had fresh food experience (just like home)there as it was all being made by his team.Inspite of Being a non veg person I specially loved the Veg items made the team. All of our luggages were taken care of by the team while checking in or out of every hotel.All the main tourist spots or attractions were covered by them within shortest period by them and they also helped to book car or horse. Lastly we travelled on April2025 to J&K and two accidents took place there back to back. Ramban Landslide and Baisaran Valley Shootout. We were clueless. But we returned home safely as per our preplanned way just because of his experience , quick thinking and good contacts. I am really glad that I chose Crystal Tourism over others for the Kashmir trip. I am thankful to Rashbehari specially for taking care of all of us. It was a wonderful memory with crystal tourism (Rashbihari Sen) in the paradise on Earth, the Jammu and Kashmir. The systematic tour plan by the experienced guide (Rashu) gave us enough time to rest during the exploration of the scenic beauty of the heaven. The cook staffs were very frank and kind in nature. We enjoyed the combination of both traditional and modern food according to our daily choice. The whole staff were like our family members. Accommodations in different places were very comfortable and luxurious. Mode of transportation was good enough and rotation of seats during road journey was a good plan.
